Refund policy

Every Doxie Den item is printed just for you when you order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong item? We've got you. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at doxieden@proton.me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund - your choice.

 

Lost package? If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, email us at doxieden@proton.me and we'll reship your order or refund you.

 

Order changes and cancellations: Orders go to production fast. You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing doxieden@proton.me.

 

Refunds are sent to your original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days.
